Since we have been a boutique, family owned brokerage for over 15 years, we are able to be flexible to meet our client’s needs. For our long-term management services, our rate is all inclusive and we do not charge any lease-up fees or maintenance mark-up.

Our management system is 100% online, which provides real-time access for owners 24 hours per day to log-in and check up on their account.
Additionally, attached to every expense, is a copy of the bill for you to keep for your records. Therefore, our process is completely transparent, should you ever need to research something about your property.

Our Full-Service Management Includes:
- Identifying qualified tenants through a detailed screening process
- Collect Rent and Laundry Money
- Pay Bills
- Coordinate repairs
- Electronically disburse funds and owner statement at month end
- Handle evictions, as necessary
- Conduct move out inspections and apply deposit funds to any damages.

We guarantee our rates! If you receive a written management proposal from another Department of Real Estate licensed company with comparable service, we will beat their rate by ½ a percent!
