Your landlord can raise your rent if you are not under a lease and if they give the proper notice.

If you are currently in a month-to-month rental agreement, then your landlord can raise your rent up to 10% with 30 days written notice.  If your landlord raises your rent more than 10%, they must give you 60 days written notice.

For more information about rentals, contact Coronado Island Realty at (619) 435-0145.
