Build Your Dream House in the Coronado Cays!
Posted by: kateg 1 week, 3 days ago
Did you know that in 2016, Jamaica Village voted to allow a second story addition on a single-story house? They did!
In the past, Jamaica Village did not allow second story additions, but this new precedent opens the door to countless possibilities for my listing at 26 Half Moon Bend. The approved plans allows the homeowner to nearly double the square footage of the existing house AND add a rooftop deck! If you replicated the plans for 26 Half Moon, your views would be incredible!
