Dave has more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment, sales and property development both in Coronado and across the bridge. A retired Naval Reserve Commander, Dave has been the owner of Coronado Island Realty since its inception in 1995. Dave’s goal for Coronado Island Realty was and is to meet the needs of a select group of clients in real estate sales, property management, and development services. Dave has been very active in the development of custom homes, commercial property, and in renovation of historic sites. Having completed more than 40 projects both in Coronado and in San Diego, Dave is intimately familiar with the development process. Dave is also very knowledgeable of current real estate rules and regulations as he was the Coronado Association of Realtors president in 2003 and has sat on the board of the California Association of Realtors for many years. Dave’s wide array of real estate experience offers you more than just sales assistance; he can guide you through remodels, custom home-building and a multitude of other real estate needs here on the Island.
