Coronado 2011 Fourth of July Schedule
4th of July is one of Coronado’s most famous days starting the night of July 3 with the CHS All Class Reunion and all day July 4th. Below is a list of events that you can take part in:
Sunday, July 3, 2011
8:00 PM – Coronado High School All Class Reunion (ages 21+ only). Festivities will take place at the Golf Course where old friends can gather and enjoy drinks and music.
Monday, July 4th, 2011
7:00AM – 36th Annual Independence Day 15K Run-5K Run/Walk
Tidelands Park (Registration at 5:30AM)

Spreckels Park (6th & Orange Avenue)
9:00AM – 52nd Annual Rough Water Swim
Central Beach (Check-In Starts at 7:30PM) – TBA
10:00AM – 63rd Annual Independence Day Parade
2011 Theme “An American Pageant”
Location: Orange Ave from 1st Street to Churchill Place
2:30PM – 4:00PM – Adrian Empire Demonstration in Spreckels Park
Recreation of Western European culture between the years 1066-1603
4:00PM – Concert in the Park at Spreckels Park
Music by: “Coronado Community Concert Band”
9:00PM – Fireworks Over Glorietta Bay / San Diego Bay
